The Marine and Engineering Skills Project

The Marine and Engineering Skills Project (MESP) is an innovative programme which relates to VT's activities on the South Coast. Employees are encouraged to develop skills and gain national qualifications beyond the basic requirements of their job. What makes the MESP special is that it will address wider training needs beyond VT’s immediate requirements, contributing to the economic capacity of the local community.
